Account & Data Deletion

You do not create an account inside the app. Accounts are provisioned by the school through Microsoft Entra ID; you sign in with the credentials the school issued. The app only displays data already held by the school portal.

To request deletion of your account and personal data, email office@sbschule.org from your school email address with the subject “Account deletion request”. The school will verify your identity before processing.

Your profile, courses, grades, transcript and admission information will be deleted, except records the school is legally required to retain (for example, academic and accounting records kept for statutory periods). Locally cached data is removed from your device when you sign out or uninstall the app.
