This page summarises how the SBS Community app handles your data, matching the disclosures in our Google Play Data Safety section.

Data collected

Personal info (name, email, phone, date of birth); academic records (courses, grades, assessments, transcript); and religious/spiritual information (church, baptism, faith details) that you provided to the school during admission.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is exchanged only with the school’s own portal and Microsoft Entra ID for sign-in.

Security practices

All network traffic uses encrypted HTTPS. Authentication uses Microsoft Entra ID, so the app never handles your password. On-device cached data is excluded from backups.
